Terms and Conditions of the Holiday Voucher Offer
  1. Valid only for data orders placed between 1st July and 17th December 2010
  2. Participants must register prior to benefitting from the holiday vouchers
  3. There are no retro vouchers rewarded for previous orders or payments
  4. Quotes provided prior to ordering are not valid for this offer - you will need to ask for an up to date quote
  5. Offer only valid for the supply of Standard business databases, Standard consumer lists and for consumer email campaigns. Valid only for Standard rates, volume discounts at the discretion of your Account Manager
  6. Minimum orders are applicable
  7. Marketing Guru standard Terms and Conditions for the supply of marketing services still apply, these are supplied at the time of order
  8. Vouchers will be sent by post before December 31st 2010
  9. Marketing Guru needs to receive full payment of any outstanding invoices, before we can release the holiday vouchers. No vouchers will be sent where there is a dispute or full payment has not been received
  10. Marketing Guru is not liable in any way for your personal tax liabilities as a result of benefitting from these holiday vouchers
  11. Vouchers are sent solely to the client contact who places the order with us
  12. Marketing Guru reserve the right to refuse to supply the holiday vouchers at the discretion of your Account Manager
